It happened in Oleśnica, on October 18th/30th, 1898, at 9 a.m.
Appeared personally Józef Kuc, 34 years old, a farmer living in the village of Pieczonogi, in the presence of the witnesses, Józef Kowalik, 34 years old and Bartłomiej Cierlik, 36 years old, both farmers living in the village of Pieczonogi and presented Us a newborn female child, informing that the child was born yesterday in the village of Pieczonogi, at 8 p.m., to his legal wife, Marianna nee Grosicka, 30 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by Us the child was given the name Karolina and her godparents were Józef Kowalik and Józefa Boś.
This act was reaf to the declarant and the witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.
