Anytime I try and research my ancestors, I always come to Szczurowa, but I can't get records. Their names are Stanislaw Kania and Maryanna Koperna. Stanislaw was born January 1, 1878 and Maryanna was born January 19, 1884. They both died in Chicago. It is around Tarnow, but I can't find records for them on familysearch.org. Do you have any information on where to find records, or on Stanislaw and Maryanna>

James,

The only vital records for Szczurowa listed as held by the Polish National Archives are Jewish records for the first half of the XX Century. There are no LDS films for the parish. It would seem that the best avenue of approach would be to contact the parish directly. Attached is the parish contact info from the diocesan website.
