I don't need a full translation, just confirmation.

I believe that this is the birth record of Stanisław Palasek, an illegitimate child of my great-grandfather's sister, Marianna Palasek. Geneteka says the father is Antoni Palasek. Scribe AI says this is an unmarried mother, and Antoni is the godfather. I think that the record in incorrectly indexed at Geneteka, and I am looking for a real person to confirm.
Record found at: https://metryki.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=pg&id=1580&se=&sy=1896&kt=1&plik=075-076.jpg&x=0&y=0&zoom=4.27

Geneteka says:
Year: 1896
Akt: 76
Name: Stanisław Palasek
Father: Antoni
Mother: Marianna Palasek
Parish: Obryte
Town: Rząśnik

Scribe AI gives the following translation:

76
Rząśnik

It happened in the village of Obryte, on April 13th/25th, 1896, at 10 a.m.

There appeared personally Antoni Palasek, a farmer residing in Rząśnik, 30 years old, in the presence of Jan Kowalczyk, 30 years old and Franciszek święch, 40 years old, both farmers residing in Rząśnik and presented to Us a newborn male child, declaring that the child was born on this day in Rząśnik, at 4 a.m., to an unmarried Marianna Palasek, 20 years old and the unknown father.

At Holy Baptism, held today by the vicar priest, Bolesław Turczynowicz, the child was given the name Stanisław and his godparents were Antoni Palasek and Katarzyna Palasek.

This Act was read to the declarant and witnesses, all of whom were illiterate and it was signed by Us.

The Administrator of the Obryte parish, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Antoni Rybicki.
