I found the birth certificate for my great-grandfather, Andrzej Zak. It lists the names of his parents, which I have never found anywhere else, but I can't read his mother's name. If I could figure out her name, I could research them. It says his father's name is Grzegorz Zak, and my best guess for his mother, based on the handwriting, is Marianna L. Nowinskich, but that doesn't sound very Polish. If anyone could help me translate the rest of the document and try to figure out what her name is, I would really appreciate it!
