I came across this death record on geneteka.genealodzy.pl for Rozalia Bykowski in 1874 #107 (Izbica Kujawski). The record doesn't provide the English version of the deceased, so I can't verify if this is the correct document. If it is, I would appreciate a translation. Thank you.
