Post subject: Russian translation please
Hello.
This is the death record of Walenty Obuchowski in 1850 but I cannot make out enough of the Russian to translate. Would very much appreciate if someone could help me out. His wife was Marianna and it's Knysyn in Podlaskie.
Thank you!

Hello, would it be possible to get help translating the attached image?
It should be the birth record for Ewa Mikołajczyk, daughter of Marcjanna Mikołajczyk, born in Żelazna (Chorzele parish) in 1892.
Based on other records (in English), I believe her father is Joseph Milchel (I'm not sure if there's a mention of him in the record).
If the image isn't clear enough, here's the link (it's record 164): https://metryki.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=pg&id=713&se=&sy=1892&kt=1&plik=160-165.jpg
Thank you,
Graham
