It happened in the village of Samarzewo, on July 27th/August 9th, 1909, at 10 a.m.
Appeared Tomasz Mietlicki, 40 years old and Michał Nowak, 55 years old, both farmers living in the village of Pietrzyków and they declared that on July 25th/August 7th of the current year, at 9 a.m., died in the village of Pietrzyków: Józef Kasznia, a farmer, 60 years old, who was born in the village of Świątniki and lived in the village of Pietrzyków, a son of the late spouses Kasznia: Jan ans Urszula nee Malecka, who was survived by his widowed wife, Antonina nee Bartecka.
After convinced myself about the death of Józef Kasznia this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.

The signature of the priest.

Ludwika Kielchowa

It happened in Wiżajny, on April 25th/May 7th, 1873, at 1 p.m.
Appeared Adam Rakowski, 60 years old and Józef Ryglewski, 30 years old, both farmers living in Kramnik and they declared that on April 23rd/May 5th of the current year, in the said village, at 9 a.m., died: Ludwika Kielchowa, a wife of a farmer, 32 years old, who was born and lived in the said village, a daughter of the spouses: Fryderyk Rydzewski and Dorota Rydzewska nee Prostek, who was survived by her widowed husband, Antoni Kielch, who lives in Kuków.
After convinced myself about the death of Ludwika this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.

Priest Jan Więcewicz, the parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar.

The signature of the priest, the administrator of the Mąkoszyn parish, serving as Civil Registrar.

I'm kindly requesting the translation of the 1885 marriage records of Jan Kalkowski and Franciszka Dybalski from Slupca. I believe this record is on the right hand side of the attached image.

It happened in the town of Tarnogród, on June 30th, 1925, at 8 p.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Nuchym Tryb, 85 years old and Kielman Lerman, 43 years old, the synagogue sextons living in the town of Tarnogród, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Szmul Goldbaum, a widower, 51 years old, who was born in Łaszczów in the country of Tomaszów, living in the village of Wola Obszańska in the commune of Babice in the synagogue district of Tarnogród, a son of Josek Wolf and Dobra nee Szpirer, the Goldbaum spouses

and

Frajdla Wajc, unmarried, 45 years old, who was born and lives in the town of Tarnogród, a daughter of Aron and Chana nee Berfeld, the Wajc spouses.

This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced in the synagogue in Tarnogród, on: March 14th, 21st and 28th of the current year.

The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.

The religious marriage ceremony was performer by the rabbi Lejb Tajcher.

This act was read to the present and it was signed by Us and tchem.

The newlyweds were illiterate.

The signatures of the Civil Registrar, the rabbi and thre witnesses.

Round red stamp: The Registry Office in Tarnogród

Certified true copy, Tarnogród, October 23rd, 2024.
The rubbers stamp and the signature of The Head of The Registry Office.
Stamp duty: 5 PLN

It happoened in the town of Słupca, on August 21st/September 2nd, 1885, at 6 p.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Józef Jankowski, a mason, 45 years old and Józef Dybalski, the church servant, 51 years old, both from Słupca, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Jan Kalkowski, a widower, whose wife, Marianna nee Kosmalska died in Kazimierz on April 5th/17th of the current year, 25 years old, a son of Jan and the late Marianna nee Drzewiecka, the late Kalkowski spouses, who was born in Pobiedziska located in The Grand Duchy of Posen, a mason living in Słupca

and

a miss, Franciszka Dybalska, a daughter of Jakub and the late Katarzyna nee Konieczkowska, the Dybalski legal spouses, 17 years old, who was born in Słupca and lives there at her father's.

This marriage was preceded by the one bann of marriage on August 18th/30th of the current year, announced in the parish church in Słupca.

The bishop of The Diocese of Kujawy and Kalisz gave his dispensation from the next two banns of marriage, on August 29th of the current year.

There were no objections for this marriage.

The father of ..[not precised if it refers to the bride or the groom] gave his oral permission for this marriage.

The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.

This act was read to the witnesses and the newlyweds and it was signed by Us, the witnesses and the groom. The bride was illiterate.

Jan Kałbowski,
J. Dybalski.
