Appeared jew, Arie Lejzorowicz** Kurland, 26 years old, living in the town of Wąsosz, in the presence of the witnesses: Lejba Abramowicz*** Szlagowicz, 64 years old and Jankiel Żórkowicz Smoliński, 50 years old, daylaborer, both living in the town of Wąsosz and presented Us a male infant child, who was born on June 26th/July 8th, at 2 a.m., of his wife, Enia (or maybe Ena?), 24 years old.
At the circumcision rite the child was given the name: Niska.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us.

Appeared jews, Lejba Abramowicz Szlagowicz, the synagogue sexton, 65 years old and Jankiel Zurkowicz Smoliński, a daylaborer, 53 years old, both living in the town of Wąsosz and Arie Lejzorowicz Kurland, 25 years old, a daylaborer, living in the town of Wąsosz, and presented Us a female infant child, who was born here, in Wąsosz, on April 8th/20th of the current year, at 12 o'clock at night, of his wife, Chana Ena nee Epsztejn, 35 years old.

Appeared Franciszek Kwapiński, farmer, 22 years old, in the presence of Franciszek Gruszczyński, 44 years old and Andrzej Budkowski, 45 years old, farmers living in Marcewek, and presented Us a female infant child, who was born today in Marcewek, at 2 a.m., of his legal wife, Rozalia nee Tylisz, 22 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Marianna, and the godparents were: Piotr Tylisz and Franciszka Gruszczyńska.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

Priest Paschalis Koskowski.

Left margin note: Marianna Kwapińska died on February 18th, 1954 in Rościn. Death certificate located in the Registry office in Myślibórz.
Note made in Młodojewo, on November 3rd, 1954, by the Civil Registrar's deputy.
