I assume the rhs is Russian or Ukrainian. I can read the names of people ok I think but it's the place of birth I can't read

Today's Zhytomyr.
Spelled on the document Zhitomir. Wolhynia. That is pre-printed on the document. But you want the handwritten name of the town itself? Hopefully Barb or Marcel can read that.

Hi Ted,

Piotrów
It happened in Pamięcin on January 2nd/ 15th, 1903, at 8 a.m.
Appeared Paweł Staszak 30 years old and Wojciech Kaczmarek 40 years old, both servants living in the village of Piotrów, and they declared that in this village, yesterday of the current month and year, at 2 p.m., died Jan Ławiński, a child 2 months old, who was born and living in the village of Piotrów, lived with his parents, a son of Andrzej and Antonina nee Boruń, the Ławiński spouses, servants.
After convinced myself about the death of Jan Ławiński this act was read to the declarants, who were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

Hi Barb,
I can see (on the German side) it is pre-printed "wurde in Kirchspiel Zhitomir geboren" but isn't there also a place name for the baptism, that is handwritten? Right before the word "getauft"?

Appeared personally Andrzej Ławiński, a servant living in the village of Piotrów, 23 years old, in the presence of Paweł Staszak, 30 years old and Wojciech Kaczmarek, 35 years old, both servants living in the village of Piotrów and presented Us a newborn male child, declaring that the child was born in the said village on October 8th/21st of the current year, at 11 p.m., to his legal wife, Antonina nee Boruń, 24 years old.

Aleksander Kizowski

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on July 4th/17th, 1907, at 11 a.m.
Appeared Jan Szczepaniuk, 33 years old and Piotr Lisikiewicz, 25 years old, townsmen from the town of Tomaszów and they declared that on July 3rd/16th of the current year, at 3 a.m., died in the town of Tomaszów: Aleksander Kizowski, 44 years old, who was born and lived in the town of Tomaszów, a son of the spouses: Leopold Kizowski and Anna Kizowska nee Malec.
He was survived by his wife, Wiktoria.
After convinced myself about the death of Aleksander Kizowski, this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.

The Civil Registrar - priest's signature.
