Appeared Paweł Staszak, 30 years old and Wojciech Kaczmarek, 40 years old, both servants living in the village of Piotrów and they declared that in the said village, yesterday, on the current month and year, at 2 p.m., died Jan Ławiński, a 2 months old child, who was born and lived in the village of Piotrów at his parents', a son of the spouses, servants: Andrzej Ławiński and Antonina Ławińska nee Boruń.
After convinced myself about the death of Jan Ławiński this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.

The administrator of the Pamięcin parish, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Jan Brzeziński.

The newlyweds declared they did enter into the prenuptial agreement in front of the notary Konstanty Płaniecki in the town of Łódź, on March 20th/April 1st of the current year. The agreement was entered at the registry numer 421.

This act was read and it was signed by Us, the rabbi, the groom, the bride's father and the witnesses. The bride declared she was illiterate.

It happened in Wolbórz, on December 9th/21st, 1876, at 9 a.m.
