The two pages, in Cyrillic and in Polish, are with two documents:
1. Certified copy of birth record from 1863, of Feliks Kulczyński, issued in January 1887 (by the same priest who wrote the original in 1863), for the marriage
2. BANNS, issued in January 1887, for marriage of Feliks Kulczyński with Anna Zarod
