Hello, I am trying to locate details on my grandfather Krzysztof Lukasik, who may have been born in Lutynia Dolne in around 1916.
Hi,
Not much results for Lutynia Dolna in Polish Archives
http://szukajwarchiwach.pl/search?q=Lutynia%20Dolna&order=
but an important information:
deutsch Deutsch Leuten, polnisch Lutynia Dolna; Dolní Lutyně, Czechy; Německá Lutyně (do 1945 roku)
Lutynia Dolna is almost on the border between Poland and Czechia today, and it is in Czechia, with the name: Dolní Lutyně
Germany - before 1945, but starting when?:

On the above website you can search in Databases for Lukasik in GEDBAS, but I do not see Krzysztof.
The Archives for the Opava region of the Czech Republic has the record that you are seeking. Unfortunately it has not been digitised yet and so you cannot get a digital copy of it online. Birth records have been digitised only up until 1908. At least it provides you an archives inventory number that you can refer to if you want to order a copy of the birth certificate
Řím. kat. fara Dolní Lutyně
Inventory Number: F I 32 Index of Birth Records 1865 – 1927
Inventory Number: F I 28 Birth Records 1906 – 1919
