Dear PO friends,

I have the link to the birth record of Stanislaw Mieczkowski and I believe his mother Maryanna Dowiat is an ancestor I am looking for (Maryanna could be the older sister of my direct ancestor Julianna Dowiat) This record is from the Mejszagola 1844 birth registers and given that my Maryanna was born in 1822 and was known to live in Mejszagola parish I have a feeling this is her child.

I cannot however find ger marriage records in the online LDS marriage books for Mejszagola from 1841 up to 1844 so my question is on this record is Stanislaw legitimate, in other words is there an actual marriage record out there to be found? The online films are missing for the year 1840 so I am very interested in the legitimacy of this child.

It is entry number 118.

The act states " ślubnych małżonków" what means Barnaba and Marianna were marriage at the born date of Stanisław.
