One of my ancestors before he came to Poland and settled in Lublin was the son of a Pastor in Belarus. The family name was Drue and they lived in the Orsha District of Belarus in Kopys nr Mogelev. I have written to the archives in Orsha but have not received any reply. I need some help from a researcher to proceed further.

Can you provide more details? Any dates or a scan of the document? Never met the name Drue? Is it correct? Do you know Polish? I think so by your Polish name.
