Hello I am looking for history of origin of surnames of my grandparents on my fathers side and

would like some help on surnames Kwiatkowski and Butkiewitcz. Anything you could find out would greatly enhance my day!

Kwiatkowski, Kwiat-; from Polish kwiat - „flower”.

In 2002 there were 65,558 using the surname Kwiatkowski (Kwiatkowska for females) living in Poland. Detailed map of the surname distribution can be found here: https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Kwiatkowski .


In 19th century there were following noble families:
