Post subject: Bekiera family - searching for relatives
Katarzyna Bekiera my grandmother was born November 1893 in Huta Rachowska Janow Lubelskie Poland. Father Peter Bekiera Mother Michaliny Baraniska She left Poland through Antwerp Belgium on the Red Star Line and arrived in the United States New York on September 25, 1912. I have correspondence from a relative named Sabina Drosol from Biala Podlaska Ulica, Walska Polska. She married my grandfather Jozef Mickel Sadowska in 1918 in the united states. All I have for him is his naturalization papers saying he was born in Russia Poland on March 19 1893 or 1895. I believe I have his Russian passport. I am in search of any siblings, cousins links at all.

Hi, Have you tried to review any microfilm from the Latter Day Saints/Morman family history center? Huta Rachowska is not in their library catalogue, but there are a few for Janow Lubelski and your ancestral village might be included in those records......
