Hi all -

I'm ready to send out my first letter in polish to an ancestral parish - I've read multiple guides on all the details, but there's some confusion as to how I should properly address the envelope. Can someone tell me which version is correct? (Accents will be added to the print version)

Parafia Rzymsko-Katolicka
Sw. Judy Tadeusza
