This is what I can figure out so far, but I am pushing my luck!

Marriage Translation: Dambrowka 21 August 1779
_____ _______ ____ _______ at Saint Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr _____ ________
____________ _________ marriage bands _____ ________ Martin Welna
____ Dambowka with the young girl Hedwiga Smolarzin ______ _______
________ in Dambrowka _____ _______ . ______ _______ ________
_________ _________ _________. ________ ________ ________ ________ Reverend
Carlos Kraus ________ sponsors (Witnesses) _______ Joseph Sobania __ Christoph ________.

What are the words before "Martin Welna", his occupation?
Is there anything written after "Hedwiga Smolarz" that might give me information about her family?

It's a marriage record not a birth.
