Hello,

A cousin recently shared this copy of a stamped birth certificate with me. The document is written in Polish and is dated 1932.

Is anyone familiar with this type of birth record record? Any thoughts on the surnames and town names would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Michelle

Hi Gilberto,

Thank you for your assistance. It is very kind of you to point me to the original record.

Descendants in Pennsylvania, USA have the copy of the extract. I am not sure how they received the copy - family living in Poland must have mailed it to the family living in Pennsylvania.

Thank you,

Michelle
