The margin notation show that on December 18, 1941, Olga received permission to change her surname from Spadzinski to Spachmann.
The German says: "Mit Genehmigung des Regierungspräsidenten in Marienwerder vom 18.12.1941 gesch. nr. I.2. N -5122 fuhrt Olga Sofie Spadzinski an stelle des bisherigen Familiennamens den Familiennamen Spachmann."

Yes, the left side is in German I think basically giving the same info as is written in Polish on the right hand side. Could not decipher from the handwriting the birthplace of the deceased.

It happened in Dabie on 30th of May? 1842.
Witnesses are Jan Rudke 41 years old and Michael Wendland from Chwalborskie.
Krystof Rudke, 82 years old.
After that I have trouble reading where he was born. Am I right in thinking his parents are Jan and Dorothy?

Hello my PO friends,
I am looking to have these pages from this Polish language book I found online translated. It seems to be a brief history of one of my ancestral families. The pages are 165-166 about the Radziminski -Frackiewicz family.
Any help translating or summarizing the information about the family would be great. Also the title of the book would be helpful. I have books like this are often in archaic Polish, so hopefully it can be translated

Can someone please translate this record for me? Of specific interest, I am most interested in knowing if this is one child "Antonina Paulina" or is it twin girls Antonina and Paulina?? I have a death record, in November of the same year, for Paulina and some additional information from a different source that states these may have been twins. Needless to say, I am thoroughly confused at this point.
Anyway, I appreciate any help you can give me.
