It happened in Kikół, on August 27 / September 9, 1906 at 1 p.m. Appeared Jan Łopuszyński, worker, living in Jaraczechowo, 53 years old, in the presence of Marian Pawłowski, farmer, 49 year old, Franciszek Łopuszyński, 40 years old, living in Jaraczechowo and presented Us a female infant child, informing that the child was born in Jaraczechowo on the August 20 / September 2 of the current years at 9 p.m. to his wife Józefa nee Grodecka, 33 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by the priest Adolf Kukwa the child was given the name Stefania and the godparents were: Konstanty Sadowski, worker from village Lubin and Franciszka Łopuszyńska.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us only.
Administrator of the parish Kikół, serving as Civil Registrar, priest A. Kukwa
