I am searching for the birth record of my great-granduncle Franciszek Tutas, born 20.03.1885 in Nowa Wieś, Ostrołęka County, Gmina Olszewo-Borki.

The Kierownik USC (Gmina Olszewo-Borki) have informed me that no birth record books exist prior to 1897.

Can anyone please help me to confirm this?

The Diocesan Archives – Łomża have informed me that no books survived from this period.

Can anyone please suggest alternate methods for confirming birth details in this parish for 1885?

Any suggestions or outside-the-box ideas would be greatly appreciated ????
