Asks to know who the groom's (BLACHARZ? Ankiel Gronas?) parents are.
Is the last name Szmulewicz also indicated?

Hi Zack,
Blacharz (Polish) it is profession
blacharz - tinsmith
It appears that Ankel Grona's occupation was tinsmith.
I don't see any surname Szmulewicz.
His parents were Herszek and Rywka Gronas. Both are not alive.
