It happened in Filipów, on May 8th/21st, 1905, at 1 p.m.
Appeared Aleksander Żukowski, a farmer living in the village of Supienie, 50 years old, in the presence of Ludwik Złotorzyński, 65 years old and Franciszek Stefanowski, 52 years old, farmers living in the village of Supienie and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in the village of Supienie on May 4th/17th of the current year, at 10 p.m., informing that the child was born to Józef Zieliński, a farmer from the village of Supienie, 27 years old, who was not personally present at drafting this act due to his departure to the unknown destination and his legal wife, Zofia nee Żukowska, 26 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Julian and the godparents were Julian Milewski and Emilia Żukowska.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us.

The signature of the priest, serving as Civil Registrar.

Appeared personally Józef Zieliński, a farmer living in the village of Szafranki, 53 years old, in the presence of Dominik Ciszewski, 56 years old and Stanisław Kosiński, 42 years old, farmers living in the village of Szafranki and prezented a newborn female child, who was born in Szafranki on May 28th/June 9th of the current year, at 3 p.m., to his legal wife, Marianna nee Pobojewska, 38 years old. At The Holy baptism, held today by the priest Mateusz Bałon, the local parish vicar, the child was given the name Antonina and her godparents were Józef Kosiński and Benedykta Paulakowska. This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only. The Filipowo parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Męczkowski.

At the Holy Baptism held today the child was given the name Marianna and the godparents were Józef Radziński and Marianna Waleriańczyk, both living in the village of Rzgów. This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.
Priest M. Szulczewski, serving as Civil Registrar.
