Hi, I have a document (marriage) and would like to request a translation, also the side remarks. I'd really appreciate it!

Nr. 84 - Glowie (?) hard to read. I would have to know which of the five Piotrtkowek it refers.
On August 6, 1839, at 5 p.m.
Jakob Patz, a farmer, 40 y.o., living in Piotrkowek and
Fryderyk/Fryderyka? Brokop, a farmer, 28 y.o. living in Piotrkowk
religious marriage between
Jakob Reichenbach, young man, born in Piotrkowek, son of Wojciech and Malgorzata (nee Buten)
and
Katarzyna Assenheimer, 28 y.o., a widow of Adam Assenheimer, born in Piotrkowek, daughter of Godfryd Engel and Maryanna (father dead and mother living in Piotrkowek).
Marriage was preceede of three banners, published on June 30, July 7 and 14, at the Ewangelical Church in Glowskie?
It says the record was read to the presents and signed by the Priest, David Jente ?
Mote on the side says: On September 28, 1838 death record #58 year 1838
K(siadz) Jente
I assume it refers to the death record of Adam.

Then the place is Iłów (Ilowie is a declensioned form).
