In the year of 1822, on the 8th day of March, in front of Us, the parish-priest of Dąbie, located in the country of Łęczyca, in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, appeared Anna Rozyna Mund, deceased's wife, 28 years old, in the presence of Marcin Wedman, 40 years old and Andrzej Behnke, 28 years old, all living in Morowisko and declared Us that on this day, at 2 a.m., died her husband, Marcin Mund, a farmer, 47 years old.

This act was read to the present, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us.
