What a find - thank you so much! Page 4: "Chmielewski Kazimierz, 20, passage Bradi". That is exactly the address given at his marriage in Paris in December 1841 (passage Brady), so it is surely him.
The two lines just above are just as interesting: "Chmielewski Eustachy, 95, Lille" and "Chmielewski Karol, 91, La Harpe". Since the Eustachy born in 1811 came up earlier in this thread, I wonder if he could be a brother or a cousin of Kazimierz. Would anyone know of other emigration lists (1832-1848) that give a place of origin or a parish for the Chmielewskis?
With many thanks again,

Hi Sophia,
Chopin on the same page - what a neighbour! Thank you, that will make a nice line for the family.
A short update on Eustachy: I have now read the images. Eustachy was baptised at Dereczyn on 1 April 1811 (born 30 March, act 1118), son of Józef and Rozalia Chmielewski, described as "cives" of the town. His parents married at Dereczyn on 15 May 1807 (Józef Chmielewski and Róża Karpińska), and he had brothers Franciszek Ksawery Jakub (1807) and Piotr Ignacy (1810). This fits the 1842 emigrant list (aged 24, born in the town of Dereczyn).
None of these records names a Jakub or a Zuzanna, and there is no godparent in common with the Różana baptism of Kazimierz (1806), so a cousin link remains only a possibility for now. I have also read the death of Jakub Chmielewski at Jundziłowicze (18 Aug 1818, aged 46, "stanu prostego").
With many thanks again for all your help,
Henri
