The marriage was preceded by the threefold proclamation of the banns of marriage, published in the local and Radzianow parish churches on 19 April/1 may, 26 April/8 May, and 2/14 May of the current year. Permission for the bride to marry was given orally by her parents before the ceremony. The newlyweds declared that no prenuptial agreement had been concluded between them. I have Smólnia for Sluga based on other records I have for Alexander Krygier in Radzanow. Any idea where I can locate records for Gizyce? I checked Metrykl and they don't have the year I need (abt 1841); they have limited birth and marriage records online. Also, I follow everything in your comment, except: "Cegielnia (Ratowska), I think". I don't understand how this comment links with the record. Can you explain? Thanks, again! Cynthia |

Based on another record I have for Katarzyna Kuzmierkiewicz, her likely birth place is also Gizyce. Any idea where I can find records for Gizyce? Cynthia |
