The town is not where his brother was born or where i found his sisters' death records but I was looking at a map last night and decided to search in the Tarnogrodzie and Korchowie area.

Hello,
this is not a record from a church book, but something written in a prayer book of our family.
Would you please be so kind and translate?
Thank you very much in advance
Johanna

edit:
I think the first word is old German "Adresse", which means adress.
I could also decipher most words in russian:

Adresse
Киевская
губерния
Радомысльский
уезд Волость
Колони
Мартыновичи
Получит???? August
Lücke
