I am searching for the death record of Julian Cuch from Jastrząbka who died in 1950, possibly in Przasnysz Hospital. The Baranowo USC/Gmina does not have these records. Is there another USC I can contact for this search?

Julian was my great-grandfather and I have documents to prove the relationship.

In the search box (it has the words "wpisz czego szukasz") just type the word Przasnysz. It will show you some info about it and at the end of that line of info click on the blue words "zobacz szczegoly" and you will get the information you need about its address and other contact information.
Now, I am not knowledgeable about the Przasnysz area, so I cannot say how long this particular USC office has been around and whether it would have been active in 1950. So, if you want to do a broader search, instead of searching with the word Przasnysz, use the spelling przasnyski and you will get all 6 of the USC offices in powiat przasnyski (that is, you are now searching the whole county). Still, it makes sense to try first the one in Przasnysz itself.
