Post subject: Polish Records Clarifications
I have attached two death records from Swieto Jeziory parish. I don't need a complete translation of the records, but would someone please help me understand some of the wording and handwriting? In the first record from 1837, I have highlighted the area of interest. I believe it says " died Kataryna Naruszowa (unknown word) widow (?) age 60 (??) daughter of Piotra Pilkiania and (maybe) Regina." Is this correct? What have I missed?
The second record, year 1842, is for Maryanna Sujatowa. Widow? Age? I don't see anything, but are any relatives mentioned?
Many thanks!
Marie

Thank you so very much, Barb. These are my 4th and 3rd great grandmothers, respectively. A few more mysteries solved!
Best regards,
