Hello, I'm relatively new in my research of my Polish grandmother. I believe I found her birth record through Geneteka.pl (see attached). I tried the link to the scan of the document, but it's unavailable. What other ways can I access the document, either on line or a photocopy? Do I need to write to the office where the record is located, or is there another site that may allow me to look at it?

Thank you in advance!

Hi MG and Marcel,

Here is the Anastazya's birth record. It was Scan #7. Marcel gave you the link to the actual location of the record.

MG, you will have to ask Marcel to translate this record for you.
